SMART stuff
SMART is a great place to be. Everyone here is encouraging and accepting and my journey to sobriety is a direct result of this community. I highly recommend using all the great SMART tools, joining in on the online meetings, and regularly posting to the forums. Thanks, SMART, for helping me realize how much more I can do, how much better I can feel and how to make better choices through inspecting and re framing my thinking!
