Hello new friends Welcome, this is a HUGE day for me!
TODAY I reached my Goal. Thank you Debbie for YOUR support.
My friend Debbie STOPED Drinking too just after I did. smile.
TODAY I HAVE NO FANTASY ABOUT DRINKING. THIS CHANGE IS GOOD.
I wish you well and learn yesterday is gone... Remove Guilt from the story.
I will now work to drop 30 pounds by 15 OCT 2015. I will have fun doing it.
Smile.. and say I can do it.

You have done a great job! This will inspire people who are trying to quit alcohol. I know how one feels after escaping from alcohol addiction. I had experienced it. I was addicted to alcohol and my family suffered a lot because of me. My wife encouraged me to quit drinking and she had contacted Edgewood service center in British Columbia. Alcohol withdrawal causes some health problems to me and the rehab center really helped me to get rid of all them. Now I’m leading a happy alcohol-free life with my family

WTG I am working on keeping weight up but also have a goal of quitting smoking by Sept 1 this yr
