    Cool 3 Years Today!!!

    It has been 3 years today without having a drink or a smoke. Thank you SMART Recovery for helping me stay off the smokes and the Drink. I would like to especially thank the SMART Facilitators in Arlington and Alexandria Virginia. Thank you Ken and Jim. I feel like a completely rejuvenated, new person.

    Well done Gster, bravo! Keep up the good work. I am 37 months tomorrow and going strong. Isnt it fantastic to have a life again? What a saviour smart is.
