3 years sober
Father's Day 2016 marks my 3rd anniversary without alcohol. SMART Recovery was integral to my success. Thank you to everyone! My wife and son are happier and I can honestly say that I do not miss it.
Today marks the beginning of the next challenge. Healthy eating. I am going to plug into some of the forums on eating disorders to get myself on the right track.

Way to go and on to the next challenge. The good news is the Tools, knowledge and experience you used to take care of your first set of alcohol related changes are easily transferable.
